Committee Description:

The WSUM Governance Board supervises WSUM's operation on a policy and evaluation level.  The board sets policies regarding station operation within the limitation of FCC rules and regents or university policy.  The board appoints the station manager and the management positions.  The board approves an annual budget for the station.

Number of Student Seats:  5 (4 at-large; 1 Life Sciences Communication graduate student)
