UW Transportation Services offers annual bus passes to UW employees. These passes allow employees to ride for free on all Madison Metro routes excluding special event shuttles.

Eligibility:
All employees paid through UW Payroll excluding graduate assistants and student hourlies are eligible for the pass. This includes faculty, academic staff, classified employees both permanent and project, employees in training, LTEs, and emeritus employees. UW Hospital employees are also eligible. Graduate assistants, TAs, RAs and student hourly employees are served by the ASM Bus Pass Program.
