ASM Equipment Request

Equipment MUST be reserved at least one week (7 days) in advance.
All equipment is picked up at and returned to the ASM offices.
ASM is located at 512 Memorial Union.

ASM equipment can be picked up and returned Monday – Friday from 9am to 5pm.
If your event is over the weekend you will need to schedule your pick up of the
equipment the Friday before your event and return it the following Monday morning.

Please list the times you would be available to pick up and return the equipment.
(The times that the equipment is available to be picked up is dependent on other reservations)
