- March 26, 2009, 12:30pm- Instructional Workshop
- March 15, 2009 @ 11:59pm - Applications Due
- March 26, 2009 - Sign up for grant hearing times
- March 28, 2009- Deadline to sign up for hearing times*
- March 29, 31- Grant Hearings
- March 31- Grant Deliberations
- April 1- Initial Finance Committee recommendations avaliable
- April 3, 2009- Appeal Forms Due
- April 7- Finance Committee Appeal Hearings
- April 8 - Student Council Meeting - Review Grant Decisions
- Mid-April - Chairperson notifies applicants
- July 1, 2009 - Funding becomes avaliable
* Groups that do not sign up for a hearing time will be assigned one.

| Travel & Event Grants - Travel & Event Grant Applications will be opened July 7th, 2009 for 09-10 funding..
- All applications must be submitted 6 weeks prior to the event/trip.
- Travel & Event Grants are heard at Finance Committee Meetings.
- Applications must be submitted by Friday to be heard at a Tuesday meeting; however, submission by Friday does not guarantee a Tuesday hearing. You will receive a hearing notice before your grant will be heard by the committee. Please contact the finance chair with any questions. Please see General Finance Committee Dates for more information about those meetings.
- Agendas are prepared the Friday prior to the meeting date. If you have submitted a grant request and do not receive a confirmation email by Friday stating the time of your hearing for the following week, it is safe to assume that you will not be heard the following Tuesday.

- Tuesday, October 14: FC deliberations on Budget Resolution
- Wednesday, October 22 @ 6:30pm: SC deliberations on Budget Resolution
- Tuesdays, October 21 and 28 @ 5pm: FC deliberations on Internal Budget
- Wednesday, November 5 @ 6:30pm: FC Internal Budget Presentation to SC & SC deliberation on Internal Budget
- Tuesday, November 11: Deadline for SC to pass Internal Budget and forward to SSFC
- February 1: Deadline for SSFC to pass Internal Budget and forward to SC
