ASM Student Organization Space: Fall 2007-2008 Application

ASM provides office space for Student Organizations at 303 Union South. The space at Union South provides organizations with a desk, telephone, copy machines, TV/VCR, computers, and adjoining meeting room facilities all free of cost. Organizations that apply are expected to participate in the governing of the center and to collaborate with their neighboring organizations. Organizations may also have to share desks. The term for the 2007-2008 year is June 1, 2007 through May 31, 2008. The deadline for applications is April 19, 2007 and access is available on a first come, first serve basis.

Although there is a high demand for space on the north side of campus, there is no facility available that can accommodate the need. ASM is currently working with Health Services to create a building that will house University Health Services and Student Organization offices and services. Please contact Renee Mechanic, if you are interested in getting involved in the building project.
