UW Transportation Services is again offering free annual bus passes to UW employees. These passes will allow employees to ride for free on all Madison Metro routes excluding special event shuttles.
Eligibility:
All employees paid through UW Payroll excluding graduate assistants and student hourlies are eligible for the pass. This includes faculty, academic staff, classified employees both permanent and project, employees in training, LTEs, and emeritus employees. UW Hospital employees are also eligible.
Pick up your Faculty/Staff Pass at any of the following locations:

Hours: 7:15 am -4:30 pm Monday through Friday

Drive through hours: 7:15 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday
Walk-in Service: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday

located at the American Family Children's Hospital Room E004, near the emergency department Full Service hours: 7:15 am to 11:00 am Limited Service Hours 11 am to 12:30 am Monday through Friday
