ASM Bus Pass Pickup for Spring/Summer Semester 2008: Pickup Available through August for Spring and Summer Enrollees

StudentPrint is the place to pick up new or replacement Spring/Summer 2008 ASM Bus Passes. StudentPrint is located in the basement of the Memorial Union.

Through the end of the Spring Semester, StudentPrint will be open Monday through Friday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. Summer hours will be from 10 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday.

Please note that if you are not enrolled for the Spring Semester but only for Summer Intersession, you will have to wait until the beginning of your summer term to pick up your pass.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Spring/Summer 2008 Passes

If you can produce a damaged pass, we'll exchange it for free; if your pass is missing, a replacement costs $20. You can only get one replacement pass during the Spring/Summer sessions.

You must bring your current UW Student ID with you to pick up a pass, and you must pick it up in person.

Remember:

• Your ASM Student Bus Pass is good for all Madison Metro routes.
• The Campus Bus routes (Routes 80, 81, 82, 85 and 53) are free to all students, faculty, staff and visitors.
• You must be a currently enrolled (Spring or Summer) UW Madison student to be eligible for an ASM Bus Pass.
• Spring/Summer Semester Passes will be good until September 7, 2007.
• Students are entitled to ONE ASM Student Bus Pass per semester, and ONE replacement pass per semester. There is a charge of $20 for a replacement pass. Replacement Passes are issued at StudentPrint; you must bring a valid UW Photo ID to pick up a replacement pass.
• You must show your valid UW-Madison student I.D. to pick up your pass; no one else can pick up your pass for you.
• Only YOU are allowed to use your ASM Student Bus Pass. You cannot transfer your pass to anyone else or sell it.  
• All students who are currently enrolled for at least one credit (including dissertators) are eligible for a bus pass except for guest students, and students in other programs who are not charged the segregated fee which finances this program.
