Adventure Learning Programs
Our Mission… ALPs facilitates experiential activities that explore group potential in an environment that is physically and emotionally safe, challenging and relevant to individuals, their groups and the human experience. What we Do … ALPs organizes experience-based teambuilding workshops using group games, initiatives, and other challenges to create an environment that fosters understanding and cooperation among all the group’s members. ALPs recognized many kinds of diversity and unity in all groups and we facilitate dialogue toward understanding these qualities based on common human values. Through both ground workshops of varying length and a High Ropes Course, ALPs seeks to help all UW student groups become more effective and productive through shared experiences. Campus Women's Center
We are a resource and referral center that provides students with access to our library, connections with other student and campus organizations, as well as resources throughout the greater Madison community. We have a variety of peer led support/discussion groups each semester, as well as outreach programs about campus safety, body image, sexual assault, etc. for sororities, dormitories, and various youth groups within the community. In addition, we offer a "kids time" program for student parents and their children. We provide volunteers for up to 3 hours of free childcare weekly and we also offer a night of fun for children once a month at the Eagle Heights Community Center, allowing parents time to study, socialize, etc. Many volunteer opportunities are available. Collegians for a Constuctive Tomorrow CFACT offers a different way to look at environmental issues and would like the opportunity to reach out to all students at UW-Madison. CFACT offers an internship program which allows students to get exceptional outside the classroom learning while learning about environmental issues from a free market, pro-liberty perspective. CALS Student Council CALS Student Council is an organization designed to unite all students interested in agricultural and life sciences. Our group has representation from over 30 student groups on campus as well as at large representation from the UW student body. We do many events on campus to help build relationships among students, faculty, and the community including a fall picnic to introduce new freshman to campus clubs, leadership retreats and workshops, and educational and professional development opportunities such as our CALS Day for Kids program. F.H. King: Students for Sustainable Agriculture F.H. King Students of Sustainable Agriculture is a student organization at the University of Wisconsin-Madison that promotes and expands education in sustainable agriculture and food systems within the University and beyond. Greater University Tutoring Services (GUTS)

The Jewish Cultural Collective (JCC) works to create a public sphere celebrating Jewish culture on the UW campus. These unique opportunities take into account the rich history, cultural, social, and social justice contributions of the Jewish community and make them available to the larger campus through unique artistic, threatical, journalistic, and musical mediums. The JCC also features a Major Event Sereis, which offers students a forum to draw insight and gain hands-on experience from professionals who have suceeded in these areas of arts and culture. MultiCultural Student Coalition (MCSC)
Mission Statement: The MultiCultural Student Coalition (MCSC) focuses on the underrepresented student groups on campus to provide services to individual students and student organizations alike (regardless of race or ethnicity), with the ultimate goal of promoting cultural awareness and creating a more positive campus climate. MCSC also works along with various campus-wide programs to initiate the administrative and political changes necessary to address the needs of students of color and under-represented groups. From this, the MCSC continues to challenge the University of Wisconsin-Madison to be more accountable to the needs of all its students. Services we provide:
MCSC works with the Diversity Education Program (DEP) on programs, campaigns and events on campus. MCSC also provides direct services to student organization programs that foster a more diverse and culturally aware campus. MCSC does not intend to be solely a financial support group, but rather a coalition that can offer resources to help in all aspects of organizing. Currently, we have a staff of up to 28 students working in a diverse spectrum of areas to provide the following: Assistance with program, advertising and campaign planning; Project Information and Research for campus wide events; Leadership development opportunities for both staff and volunteers; Various trainings that aim to: - Enhance skill development in areas such as: computers, media software and programs, multi-task organization, facilitating meetings, public speaking & presenting, organizing, management skills, etc.

PAVE (Promoting Awareness, Victim Empowerment) PAVE stands for Promoting Awareness, Victim Empowerment. PAVE is a
student organization dedicated to preventing sexual and dating
violence through deucation and activism. We reach out to students
through our interactive peer education program, campus outreach
events, and awareness raising campaigns.
PAVE's work is based in prevention. This means we work to stop
violence before it starts by challenging people's attitudes and
behaviors surrounding multiple forms of sexual and dating violence.
PAVE's overarching philosophy is to provide clear and consistent
definitions of sexual assualt and dating violence and discuss the
availability of campus resources in order to reduce rape myth
acceptability, promote community ownship over what are often regarded
as private issues, and encoruage perpetrator accountability and
bystander intervention strategies.
Through outreach and campaigns, PAVE raises awareness about the
prevalence of sexual and dating violence on our campus and in our
communities. Our outreach is ongoing thorughout the year, especially
during October (Domestic Violence Awareness Month) and April (Sexual
Assault Awareness Month). We encourage everyone to participate in
whatever way they can- wheteher that's being a part of the planning
process, wearing a ribbon, attending an event, volunteering, or
spreading the word.
PAVE is working to end all forms of sexual violence- stranger and
acquaintance assaults, intimate partner violence, incest, and
stalking. We are concerned about all of these forms of sexual
violence and acknowledge that they continually occur in our
communities. In addition to sending messages encouraging students to
take care of themselves, we need to send messages holding perpetrators
accountable and emphasizing the importance of taking care of one
another. Ask your partner for consent, listen to whay they say, and
respect their answer. If you see or hear something happening...
intervene. This is an ongoing campus community issue that we all must
take an active role in fighting.

Vets for Vets We are UW-Madison's student veterans organization. We strive to provide students with information about their military education benefits.
