Is your organization interested in bringing/creating a unique experience on campus for other UW ? Madison students to enjoy? ASM Event Grants are designed to allow RSO's to bring speakers to campus, put on festivals, and other such activities on campus. Events must be open to all students on campus. Grants over $6000.00 must be submitted six weeks before the event, while grants under $6000.00 four weeks prior to the event day. In addition, all applications must be submitted by noon Friday before the Tuesday meeting - this deadline is strictly enforced.
Is there a conference or training session that would tremendously benefit your organization? The ASM Travel Grant fund allows RSOs to travel to places and events that serve to further the goals of the groups. Attending the trip should benefit the campus beyond the immediate traveler(s) by bringing back some variety of information or service. All grants must be submitted by the Friday before the Tuesday meeting, four weeks prior to travel.

Schedule aREQUIRED MEETING with Shana Treu (sltreu@wisc.edu) AS SOON AS GRANT IS APPROVED. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN THE INABILITY TO REIMBURSE STUDENTS OR TO PAY VENDORS.
Come to this REQUIRED meeting.
