 Services for Students and Organizations
ASM provides multiple services to student organizations and the general student population:
ASM Bus Pass
UW students get an ASM Bus Pass , good for unlimited travel on all Madison Metro routes. These bus passes make it easy to get around Madison without dealing with the hassles of traffic and parking. Bus passes are distributed at the beginning of each semester at both Memorial Union and Union South.
ASM StudentPrint
StudentPrint is a non-profit printing shop managed and staffed by students. Conveniently located at B-114 in Memorial Union, StudentPrint provides a variety of quality services, including class packets, quick printing and copying, web page designs, and graphic design.
ASM Course Evaluations
ASM gained the right to publish the results of semester professor evaluations. These evaluations are designed to inform students about classes and professors before registering.
ASM Student Organization Space
Registered student organizations can apply for office space at 303 Union South. The space provides organizations with a desk, telephone, copy machines, TV/VCR, computers, and adjoining meeting room facilities all free of charge .
ASM Equipment Request
Registered Student Organizations can reserve ASM's LCD video projector, camcorder, TV/VCR cart, slide projector, or overhead projector for no cost. Requests must be atleast 7 days in advance of the day you need it.
ASM Trainings and Information for Student Groups
ASM offers workshops for student groups about the SSFC funding process, the Finance Committee open fund, press/media effectiveness, and recruitment.
