• January 31, 2007 - Operation Grant Application becomes available online
• February 22, 2007 @ 6:30pm  - Instructional Workshop Moved to Feb 15th 6pm (TITU)
  
• March 2, 2007 @ 5pm - Applications Due
• March 2, 2007 @ 7pm - Sign up for grant hearing times
• March 6, 2007 @ 5pm - Deadline to sign up for hearing times*
  
• March 9-11, 2007 - Grant Hearings
• March 13-15, 2007 - Grant Deliberations
• March 16, 2007 - Initial Finance Committee recommendations avaliable
• March 22, 2007 - Appeal Forms Due to 511 Memorial Union
• March 27, 2007 @ 6:30pm (TITU) - Finance Committee Appeal Hearings
  
• March 31-April 8, 2007 - Spring Break
• April 11, 2007 @ 6:30pm - Student Council Meeting - Review Grant Decisions
• April 17, 2007 - Chairperson notifies applicants
• July 1, 2007 - Funding becomes avaliable

• The 06 - 07 Open Fund is not accepting an new applications
• The 07 - 08 Open Fund will start to take pre-registrations in April 2007
  

• Travel & Event Grant Applications now available for the 08-09 year.
• All applications must be submitted 4 weeks prior to the event/trip.  If an event grant request exceeds $6,000 it must be submitted 6 weeks prior to the trip. If a travel grant request exceeds $2,625 it must be submitted 6 weeks prior to the trip.
• Travel & Event Grants are heard at Finance Committee Meetings.
• Applications must be submitted by Friday to be heard at a Tuesday meeting; however, submission by Friday does not guarantee a Tuesday hearing. You will receive a hearing notice the Friday before your grant will be heard by the committee. Please contact the finance chair, Tim Fung, with any questions. • Tuesday, October 4 @ 6pm: Public Hearing
• Tuesday, October 11 @ 6pm: FC deliberations on Budget Resolution
• Wednesday, October 12 @ 6:30pm: SC deliberations on Budget Resolution
• Tuesdays, October 18, 25 and November 1 @ 6pm: FC deliberations on Internal Budget
• Wednesday, November 9 @ 6:30pm: FC Internal Budget Presentation to SC & SC deliberation on Internal Budget
• Tuesday, November 15: Deadline for SC to pass Internal Budget and forward to SSFC
• Wednesday, February 1: Deadline for SSFC to pass Internal Budget and forward to SC
